Note: Team must identify the appropriate Age/Grade that reflects 60% of its roster participants. For example: a team with 13U and 14U players where greater than 60% are 14U must register as a 14U team. For 13U and 14U teams, you can only have players one (1) league age older. 8U - 12U teams cannot have players older than their age level. All Game Time Changes or Field Changes after schedule sent to umpires $15 per game Umpires will charge for any game or field changes once the schedule has been sent
All Rain-Out > 3 hours notice No charge Each manager must contact umpires' organization
All Rain-Out < 3 hours notice (1/2) applicable game fee per team Each manager must contact umpires' organization
All Incomplete Game (Called by Umpires) Regular game fee per team Umpires receive full fee once game turned over to them
All Game cancellation for non-weather reasons (e.g, not enough players) that have been sent to the umpires. $100 per game Team cancelling game will be charged a fee of $100 per game
All Game cancellation for non-weather reasons (e.g, not enough players) within 48 hours of game day $200 per game (fine doubles) Team cancelling game will be charged a fee of $200 per game and opponent will receive a portion of the money
All No-Show -- Single Game or Double Header $100 in ADDITION TO THE FINE LISTED ABOVE
 Team which No-Shows for a game will be charged $100 per game in addition to the fine listed above
